There is a widely reported problem with devices not showing on the Microsoft account online even though the devices are correctly linked, it is a server side issue that Microsoft needs to fix.

Ensure you log into those devices with the Microsoft account and that Location Services is enabled for all apps and also the 'Find My Device' setting is enabled, those devices should then appear on your account once Microsoft have resolved the problem on their side.

If your PC does not appear on your Microsoft account after reinstalling Windows 11, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Microsoft Account Sign-In: Ensure that you are signed in to your Microsoft account on your PC. Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info and confirm that your Microsoft account is being used.
    2. Sync Settings: Sometimes, syncing issues can prevent your device from appearing online. Go to Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings and make sure syncing is enabled.
    3. Device Management: If your device appears in the Windows Settings but not on the web, it might take some time for the changes to reflect online. You can try to refresh the page or log out and log back into your Microsoft account on the web.
    4. Reboot Your Device: Restart your PC to ensure that all settings are properly applied and synced.
    5. Check for Updates: Make sure that your Windows 11 installation is up to date. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for any available updates.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
