Runbook on the SCOR does not run

Hi,
I have send a Service Request from SCSM to the SCOR for creating AD User.
If I run the Runbook on the SCOR manually, it is working fine. But from SCSM it does not work.
I see the following Error on the SCHOR
Can you help please?
