No subscriptions on my school account, maybe the activation did not complete properly

I registered for Azure for Students for the first time yesterday using my school account (******@tisipfagskole.no). The portal shows no subscriptions (0 of 0), and when I try to activate the student offer again, I receive the message: “You cannot renew Azure for Students.” It appears the activation did not complete properly and no subscription was created. Could you please reset or fix the Azure for Students activation on my account?

It seems that your Azure for Students activation may not have completed properly, which is why you are seeing no subscriptions associated with your account. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check Your Account: Ensure that you are logged in with the correct school account that you used to register for Azure for Students.
    2. Contact Azure Support: Since you cannot renew the offer and there is no subscription visible, it would be best to contact Azure support for assistance. They can help reset or fix the activation issue on your account. You can create a support request through the Azure portal.
    3. Verify Eligibility: Make sure that you meet all eligibility requirements for Azure for Students, as any discrepancies could affect your account status.

If you need further assistance, contacting support is the most effective way to resolve account-specific issues.
