My account is currently suspended/inactive. I missed the renewal because I was extremely busy. Could you please help me restore my account? I am ready to make a new payment immediately.

    When phoning support, you will be greeted by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) bot that will try and get information about why you are calling support. When speaking to the bot, please speak clearly to the bot so it can understand what you are saying. Please say 'Work account suspended due to missed payment'

    This should direct you to the billing team who can help process the missed payment and unblock your account.
