Azure App Service is a service used to create and deploy scalable, mission-critical web apps.
Thank you for reaching out regarding the two Microsoft accounts associated with the same phone number.
I’d like to clarify that Microsoft does not support merging or combining two Microsoft accounts, even if they are linked to the same phone number. Each Microsoft account is treated as a separate identity by design.
As a supported alternative, Microsoft recommends selecting one primary account to continue using. If needed, you can manually move your data (such as OneDrive files or emails) from the other account. For sign‑in convenience, you may add an email alias to the primary account (personal accounts only); however, aliases do not merge data, subscriptions, or account history.
Please note that a phone number cannot be used as an alias on more than one Microsoft account. If the phone number is currently associated with the account you no longer wish to use, it may need to be removed or transferred, depending on eligibility and recent usage.
After confirming that all required data has been moved, you may choose to close the extra account to avoid future confusion.
If you have any questions or would like assistance with the next steps, please feel free to let us know—we’re happy to help.
Could you please confirm if you are trying two accounts mapping to same phone number for azure subscription?
