I have two accounts mapping to same phone number in Microsoft , can you please provide me a solution how we can merge both these accounts .

As a supported alternative, Microsoft recommends selecting one primary account to continue using. If needed, you can manually move your data (such as OneDrive files or emails) from the other account. For sign‑in convenience, you may add an email alias to the primary account (personal accounts only); however, aliases do not merge data, subscriptions, or account history.

Please note that a phone number cannot be used as an alias on more than one Microsoft account. If the phone number is currently associated with the account you no longer wish to use, it may need to be removed or transferred, depending on eligibility and recent usage.

After confirming that all required data has been moved, you may choose to close the extra account to avoid future confusion.
