In the meantime, you can try these steps:
- Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account used to purchase the game.
- Open Microsoft Store
- Select your profile icon and verify the account email
- Sign out of the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, restart the device, then sign back in.
- Check for pending Windows updates and install all available updates.
- Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
- Press Windows key + R
- Type
wsresetand press Enter
- Open the Xbox app and confirm you are signed in with the same Microsoft account.
- Temporarily disable any VPN or third-party security software and try the download again.
