How do I access Microsoft Publisher 2016?. It has stopped opening.

I keep getting these error messages when trying to open Publisher. I have college work documents which I can no longer access. I need to access Publisher. If I can't access Publisher, I will lose my college work. It has randomly stopped opening. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Ammad,

This looks like you are using a computer that is either a) issued by your organization/school or b) you have tied your device to an organization and the organization's policies are being enforced.

First, have you tried reaching out to your school?

Second, if this is your personal laptop, try and go to the Start Menu > Access work or school > check if your school account is here and try and remove it.

Hopefully this can sort out the policy issues (if this is your personal device).
