Root‑cause analysis and confirmation of service‑level incidents are handled exclusively by Microsoft’s internal engineering and product teams, and those teams don’t actively monitor Q&A threads here.
Because of that, I would strongly suggest that anyone experiencing this issue if you’re part of a school or organization with an IT administrator share this problem with them and ask that it be reported through the Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard. That is the official channel monitored directly by the engineering teams. Reports submitted through Service Health allow Microsoft to collect diagnostic signals across tenants, correlate impact, and escalate the issue in a structured and effective way that isn’t possible through community forums alone.
