May I ask how long ago you purchased your Microsoft package? In some cases, the Microsoft system may take 24 to 48 hours to fully update the new OneDrive storage quota after a purchase. If you subscribed very recently, it may simply need a little more time to finish syncing.
If more than 48 hours have passed and your storage still has not updated, you can contact Microsoft Support directly using the official hotline for your region: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
When you call, you may hear a short introduction message for about 30 seconds (e.g., “You can visit the link…”). You can ignore that part and wait until the menu options appear. Once the options are available, you can follow this path:
- Press 1 as a business email user
- Press 1 again for technical help
