transfer Authenticator to new phone

I can't access on my old phone, because is dead.

I need to recreate the same configuration with all the features on the new one.

It is possible or I've lose everything ?

If your old phone is dead and you cannot access the Microsoft Authenticator app, you may lose the configurations stored within the app unless you had previously set up a recovery option.
