Get help with changing my account to be a student account.

I am reaching out for assistance in converting my current Microsoft Learn account into a student account. My student email address is a Gmail-based institutional account, and when I attempt to add it, Microsoft Learn classifies it as a personal account, causing the verification process to fail.

Additionally, the Roles option within my Microsoft Learn profile settings is not available, which further limits my ability to complete the student account setup.

Could you kindly advise on the appropriate steps to resolve this issue and successfully register my student status on Microsoft Learn?
