    Thanks, Hema.

Could you remove MS Office completely using the instructions below, and then reinstall it?

    Hi Hema,

    Please try this.

    1. Quit all Microsoft Office apps on the Mac.
    2. Open Terminal and run:
defaults write com.microsoft.excel ResetOneAuthCreds -bool YES

    3. Relaunch any office app i.e. Excel and sign in again.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

If you are experiencing a sign-in loop with Office for Mac after the latest update, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Manually sign out of all accounts in the Office app. Then restart the app and try signing in again.
    2. Use Keychain Access to delete any password entries related to Office. To do this:
      • Open the Keychain Access app.
      • In the Search field, type "Office".
      • Delete any entries found (you should find between two and six entries).
      • Exit Keychain Access and try signing in again.
    3. Reset the activation state of Office. This can help if there are issues with the current activation.
    4. If you continue to have issues, consider checking for any network or connectivity problems that might be affecting the sign-in process.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult further resources or support from Microsoft.
