If you're unable to access assignments or add grades in Microsoft Teams and are receiving a correlation ID, it may be due to a few reasons. One common issue is related to permissions or settings in your Microsoft 365 environment. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Check Permissions: Ensure that your account has the necessary permissions to access assignments and grades. If you are part of an educational institution, the admin may need to verify your access rights.
    2. Diagnostic Tool: Use the Assignments diagnostic tool to collect data that might help identify the issue. You can access this tool by pressing Ctrl + / on desktop or using specific gestures on mobile devices. This tool will provide data that can be shared with Microsoft support if needed.
    3. Limited-access User Permission Lockdown Mode: If your organization has enabled the Limited-access user permission lockdown mode on your OneDrive site, it may prevent access to certain features in Teams. You might want to check with your admin to see if this feature is activated and consider deactivating it if necessary.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. Provide them with the correlation ID you received, as it can help them diagnose the problem more effectively.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be beneficial to check for any updates or announcements from Microsoft regarding service outages or known issues with Teams assignments.
