    Hi!

Are you having problems with Outlook Classic or New Outlook?

Try logging into Outlook Web to see if your account is having problems, or if it's the app: https://outlook.live.com/mail/

If everything is okay, try reinstalling Outlook Desktop. Outlook Classic or 365

    1. Open Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Find Outlook Classic (or Microsoft 365 if you can't find Classic) > Click the 3 dots (●●●) > Uninstall.
    2. Restart your computer.
    3. Download and install Outlook Classic.

    New Outlook

    1. Open Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Find New Outlook > Click the 3 Dots (●●●) > Uninstall.
    2. Restart your computer.
    3. Download and install New Outlook.

If you are experiencing authentication errors with the Outlook app and receiving error codes, there are a few potential causes and resolutions you can consider:

    1. User Impersonation: If you are starting the Microsoft 365 app using impersonation methods (like "Run as administrator"), this can interfere with the app's authentication flow. It's recommended to start the app under the same user context as the signed-in Windows session.
    2. Invalid or Mismatched Authentication Tokens: If you switch devices or use shared devices, authentication tokens may become invalid or mismatched. This can lead to authentication failures. Avoid manually deleting tokens, as this can cause further issues.
    3. Third-party Cookies: If you are using Outlook Web Access, ensure that your browser settings do not block third-party cookies, as this can also lead to authentication issues.
    4. LocalLow Folder Integrity Level: The integrity level for the LocalLow folder should be set to low. You can adjust this by running a command in the command prompt to set the integrity level correctly.

If these suggestions do not resolve your issue, further investigation into the specific error codes you are encountering may be necessary.
