Problem with sign in to azure portal sign in

Hello,

I have a Microsoft account, and in the past, I used this account to sign in to the Azure portal. Today, I created a new external tenant, and during that process, the portal asked me to set up MFA. I completed the setup and scanned the QR code on my cellphone. Unfortunately, I added the passkey to Google Password Manager, and now I can't sign in to the Azure portal because the portal is asking for a code from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Nothing pops up on my phone, and the code I found in my Microsoft account authentication section in the Authenticator app doesn't work. I've tried everything, but I don't know what happened or how to solve this. Please, can someone help me with that?
