I have that local account without any admin rights, and can'nt do anything, not install programs, not reinstall Windows, not remove partition, not add administrator user, not add my user to administartors.

Windows is totaly useless. How can I reinstall Windows from the preinstall partition?

    Hi, good day!

The best thing to do in this situation is to perform a Clean Install of Windows 11. However, you will need to find another working Windows computer from a family member or friend near you to create the Windows 11 USB Installation media.

Find another working computer then download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 11". Instructions inside the link.

Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box. Please check the link below for more details.

Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.

Kindly refer to the link below on How to Perform a Clean Install for more details.

    Hello Terje

Microsoft has blocked most methods of bypassing the MS account. Not sure what you exactly did, what version you are trying to install, and how you proceeded. You probably were using outdated bypasses that will not work.

    Regards,

To reinstall Windows from the preinstall partition, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Access the Recovery Environment: Restart your computer and during the boot process, press the appropriate key (often F8, F11, or Esc) to access the recovery options. This key varies by manufacturer, so you may need to check your device's documentation.
    2. Select Repair Your Computer: Once in the recovery environment, look for an option that says "Repair your computer" or similar.
    3. Choose Troubleshoot: In the recovery menu, select "Troubleshoot" to access advanced options.
    4. Reset or Reinstall Windows: Look for an option to reset your PC or reinstall Windows. This may be labeled as "Reset this PC" or "Reinstall Windows". Follow the prompts to proceed with the installation.
    5. Follow the On-Screen Instructions: The system will guide you through the reinstallation process. Make sure to select the option that keeps your files if you want to preserve them, or choose to remove everything for a clean installation.

If you encounter any issues during this process, you may need to consult your device's manufacturer for specific instructions related to your model.
