I cannot log in to any of my Office 365 applications. I see the codes, but I am unable to input them into the authenticator app.

If you're unable to log in to your Office 365 applications because you cannot input the codes into the Microsoft Authenticator app, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Alternative Sign-In Method: Check if you have any alternative methods for signing in, such as SMS or email verification. If available, try using those methods instead of the Authenticator app.
    2. Reset MFA Settings: If you are the administrator of your account, you can reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. This can typically be done through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. If you are not able to do this, you may need to contact another admin in your organization or reach out to Microsoft support for assistance.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are the only admin and cannot access your account, you may need to contact Microsoft’s Data Protection team. You can find the customer service phone numbers for your region to raise a support ticket. Make sure to explain that you are locked out of your account due to issues with the Authenticator app.
    4. Create a Temporary Account: As a last resort, you can create a trial tenant to submit a support ticket. This involves signing up for a new Microsoft 365 trial account, which will allow you to access the admin console and contact support on behalf of your original account.

These steps should help you regain access to your Office 365 applications.
