You can install the Office to your new laptop by going to account.microsoft.com/services > sign in using the Microsoft account where the Office license associated to.
If in case you have Microsoft 365 subscription, you can actually install it on multiple devices, otherwise, if its a one time purchase license, ensure to uninstall the Office first on where it is currently installed to before installing it on the new one to avoid activation issue.
