    Hi @Kharmen Saysirisanh,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I’ve noticed that many customers are currently experiencing the same issue as you. I recommend reporting this issue to Microsoft Technical Support so they can collect the necessary information and provide you with the earliest updates.

    Note:

Please understand that, as a moderator, I do not have the authority to intervene in the product development or update process. I can only help provide basic information and guide you to the correct support team. Thank you very much for your understanding.

While waiting for the latest updates from Microsoft, based on the information I found, you can temporarily use the following workaround to access your Notes more conveniently:

    Temporary Solution: Use Classic Outlook

You can switch to Classic Outlook by following these steps:

Help → Go to Classic Outlook

    User's image

    • Step 1: Open the Classic Outlook application

    • Step 2: Select Notes

    User's image

Here, you will be able to see the notes you previously created in the New Outlook.

Note: If you don’t have the Notes app available yet, you can click on “Add apps” and add Notes.

Steps to create a support ticket and report the issue to Microsoft Technical Support

    • Step 1: Go to: admin.microsoft.com

    • Step 2: Select Help and Support

    User's image

    • Step 3: Enter the title: Report an issue with the Outlook Notes feature

    User's image

    • Step 4: Select Contact Support

    • Step 5: Choose your preferred contact method (phone or email)

Creating a support ticket will help ensure that your issue is reported to Microsoft as soon as possible. When updates are available, they will contact you directly using the method you selected and provide the latest information.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.

    Hi @Kharmen Saysirisanh,

I would like to provide you with the following information:

Based on my testing environment, after performing the steps below, the scroll bar in the Notes section of the new Outlook has returned to normal.

First, please clear the cache for the new Outlook by following these steps:

Step 1: Completely exit New Outlook.

Step 2: Press Windows + R, then enter the following command and press Enter:

    olk.exe --devtools

    User's image

Step 3: In the DevTools window, select the Application tab.

    User's image

Step 4: Click through the items listed below, then right‑click on outlook.office.com and select Clear to remove the cache.

If the scroll bar still does not appear after completing the steps above, please uninstall the new Outlook and then reinstall it to restore this functionality.

The image below shows the result after I completed the steps above:
