I paid my full microsoft yearly 365 subscriptiion renewal on the 3rd of March 2025, £104.99

I started recieving email reminders that my account was due to expire on the 22nd of Jun. I emailed Microsoft to ask what was going on. I got no reply and my account was then rendered useless as they proceeded to stop the service ands wanted me to resubscribe!!!!

I emailed again and got no response. Still my account is deactivated. I have tried phoning. Nothing. The stupid machine just keeps telling my to resubscribe.

I am at my wits end with Microsoft and their shoddy customer service.

They were too quick to take my money, but not to deal with my complaint.

Can anyone help me please?

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your Microsoft 365 subscription. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the situation:

    1. Check Subscription Status: Go to your Microsoft account at https://account.live.com and check if your subscription is active. Sometimes, logging in can provide clarity on the status of your account.
    2. Contact Support: Since you have already tried emailing and calling without success, I recommend using the live chat option for support. You can visit the Microsoft support page and select the option for billing and payment updates. This may help you get in touch with a support agent who can assist you more effectively.
    3. Billing Issues: If you believe there is a billing error, ensure that you have documentation of your payment and any communication with Microsoft. This can be helpful when discussing your issue with support.
    4. Community Forums: Sometimes, other users may have faced similar issues and can provide insights. You can check Microsoft community forums for similar experiences and solutions.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, continuing to reach out to Microsoft support may be necessary.
