How do I cancel a service through an email I forgot but keep getting charged?

Several years ago, I signed up to do Minecraft Education to homeschool my child but only used it for a couple months. Years later the price keeps going up, I keep being charged, and I can't access the account to stop the service. The site tells me to log in with the business email yet doesn't accept it as business but rather personal. I keep getting emails on my personal account that I'm being billed for the Minecraft Education yet it's not found anywhere on my personal account to cancel. I don't know what email it's expecting me to use and isn't giving me any questionnaire to look up what email they have on file they expect me to use to cancel the service.

To cancel a service like Minecraft Education when you cannot access the account, you have a couple of options:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you are unable to log in and access the account, reaching out to Microsoft Support directly may be the best solution. They can help you identify the email associated with your account and assist you in canceling the subscription.
    2. Check Payment Method: If you are being charged, you might consider contacting your bank or credit card issuer to stop future payments. This can be a temporary measure while you work on resolving the account access issue.
    3. Account Recovery: If you remember any details about the business email you used, try to recover the account through Microsoft's account recovery options. This may involve answering security questions or verifying your identity.
    4. Documentation: Keep any emails or documentation related to the charges, as this may help when you contact support.

Unfortunately, without access to the email or account, it may be challenging to cancel the service directly online.
