My creditcard shows a charge176,20€ (from Microsoft #GI3617**** but I do not know what and why! I can´t get anyone on phone and I can´t find any help from helppages! Once today I got unswer from chat that someone will contact me soon but nothing happend. Do I have to close my credit card and close my Microsoft account? This situation is unbelivable!!!!
