I noticed you posted a question with Business channel tag, could you please confirm whether all of the accounts you checked are business accounts? Or do you also have any personal Microsoft accounts that might be associated with past purchases?
It would also be helpful to know:
- Have you already reviewed the payment history for each of your accounts?
- Have you checked the email inboxes (and spam/junk folders) for those accounts? Microsoft usually sends an invoice directly to the email used for the subscription purchase.
- Are you part of a family subscription or using a license that someone else manages for you?
- Could you double‑check the payment description on your bank statement, does it mention any product name or provide any additional details at all?
