This is for a job interview for my wife, she needs to complete the forms in word.

I have just bought a subscription, doesn't that include the desktop version?

Hi! If you’ve just purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription, please follow the steps in the link below to download and install the desktop apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.):

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/download-install-or-reinstall-microsoft-365-or-office-2024-on-a-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658

Make sure you sign in on the install page with the same Microsoft account used to purchase the subscription.

If Office is already installed but not activating correctly, open any Office app then File > Account and confirm the signed-in account matches the purchase account.
