Open Settings and open Bluetooth & Devices

See if your mouse is showing there. If it is, click the three dots next to it and choose Remove device.

    Now restart your laptop.

After it turns back on, switch your mouse off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again.

Go back to Bluetooth & Devices, click Add device, choose Bluetooth, and then put your mouse into pairing mode (usually by holding the small button underneath for 3–5 seconds).

When it appears in the list, click it to connect.

    Let me know what happens.

Make sure your Bluetooth driver is updated.

If required Uninstall Bluetooth driver by opening Device Manager.

    Right-click → Uninstall device

Restart computer (Windows will reinstall driver automatically)

If your wireless mouse is not being recognized despite having new batteries and Bluetooth being enabled, here are some steps you can try:

    1. Ensure the Mouse is Discoverable: Make sure your mouse is in pairing mode. Check the manufacturer's instructions on how to make it discoverable.
    2. Check Bluetooth Settings: Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on. You can do this by navigating to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
    3. Pair the Mouse Again: If the mouse is listed in the Bluetooth settings, try removing it and then pairing it again. Select the mouse from the list and click on Remove device, then try to pair it again.
    4. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve connectivity issues.
    5. Check for Interference: Ensure there are no other devices causing interference, and try moving closer to the device to improve the connection.
    6. Install Companion Apps: If applicable, check if there are any companion apps that need to be installed from the Microsoft Store to support your mouse.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult the manufacturer's support for further assistance.
