I NEED TO CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION FROM PERSONAL TO BUSINESS, BUT I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY FILES ON MY ONEDRIVE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO

Microsoft's personal and commercial products are from two ecosystems. There's no way to simply switch. You need to make sure you also cancel your personal subscription once data migration is done. Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Subscriptions. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

if you do sign up for the business plan, it will have you create a new username that ends with onmicrosoft.com. Make sure you write that down because that's your user credential to log into Office apps and OneDrive after that. And the subscription will be managed via this link https://admin.microsoft.com.
