I contacted Microsoft Rewards support, but they only replied that the item is unavailable, without giving a timeline or explanation. Since Talabat is one of the few local redemption options in Jordan, this makes it very difficult to benefit from the program.

Could you please confirm:

• Is the Talabat partnership in Jordan paused or discontinued?
• If not, when can we expect stock to be replenished?
