I have been charged with my credit card and my checking account for a subscription to microsof 360. I need to find the account in which I listed my checking account to close that account. How can I find that account??

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I'm happy to help.

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Log in to all of your Microsoft accounts and check if you can see the charges there.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If not, have you asked a family member if they may have used your card in the past?

You can refer to this article: 'How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.'
