Microsoft Support agents do not have direct access to accounts. They will likely just recommend you to try the Account Recovery Form and Sign-in Helper Tool, if you haven’t tried it already.
To help narrow down the issue:
- Can you share what made you think the accounts were hacked?
- Does it look like the email address linked to your account was changed?
Also, please try searching for the account using these steps from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c Click on "Search" and follow the instructions provided.
