MY Surface lap top had faulty drivers so i made the mistake of contacting microsoft tech who did call me and attempted to do a remote repair but actually completely dis-abled my working computer

The technician who expertly destroyed my laptop promised faithfully he would call me at exactly 6pm but that was another broken promise from an at "best" amateur customer support service I would advise anyone to be sure that you buy from a reputable manufacturer say Apple or even DELL because I would not want your business to be subjected to such poor service and large cost both financially and stress levels

MICROSOFT try to employ people who do what they say and try to run a service department that "fixes" not "breaks"
