Why did my question get deleted due to 'Code of Conduct?'

I asked a question regarding file history but it never even got posted and got immediately deleted due to a code of conduct violation. There was nothing against the code of conduct in my post. I don't want to post the same question again because I'm assuming it will get deleted immediately.

Any mods able to give me a hand please?

Thank you
