How do I get my documents reactivated?

My subscription was cancelled. It was then renewed. I upgraded in fact. How do I reactivate my documents?

Please try to logout and login again on any Microsoft 365 app (e.g from Word > click on File > Account > Sign out/Sign in again or Update License and see how it goes.
