My subscription was cancelled. It was then renewed. I upgraded in fact. How do I reactivate my documents?

Please try to logout and login again on any Microsoft 365 app (e.g from Word > click on File > Account > Sign out/Sign in again or Update License and see how it goes.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, may I check and confirm if the Microsoft 365 subscription is reflected correctly on your account when you go and login to account.microsoft.com/services? Please ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft account as well.

To reactivate your documents after your subscription has been renewed, you need to ensure that your subscription is active. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check Subscription Status: Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and check if your subscription is active. You can do this by selecting Billing > Your products.
    2. Reactivate Subscription: If your subscription is not active, you can select Reactivate subscription from the options available.
    3. Ensure Recurring Billing is On: Under Subscription and payment settings, make sure that recurring billing is turned on.

Once your subscription is active, you should regain access to your documents and other Microsoft 365 services.
