Hi, thank you for replying. That is normal. Have you tried restarting the PC and checking it again? If yes, and still having an issue, kindly do the last steps, which is the in-place upgrade.
Not able to update App Installer.
I have tried to update using Microsoft Store but it never goes past a certain mb, i did reset and repair store still its not able to download. I even did the powershell commnads and from there its not able to install it using byepass or without using byepass way.

Based on your inputs, I recommend repairing the Microsoft Store by following the steps below:
Method 1. Repair Microsoft Store:
Open Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell(Admin) (Press Windows key + X then click Terminal(Admin))
Copy, paste, and enter the command below:
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}Then hit Enter. Once the process is done, restart the PC and check.
If none of the above solutions work, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, which will update the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.
