In this case, if you have already raised a support ticket, could you please share the Ticket ID in our private message so I can check its current status for you?
I also need to clarify that if you have already raised a ticket and you need to regain the Global Admin account for your customer, then you will need to wait for assistance from Microsoft’s Data Protection Team. They are the only team authorized to access customer backend data and help with account recovery.
