I have an active Microsoft 365 Premium subscription. However, when I open PowerPoint, I do not see the “Create with Copilot” option, and the Copilot icon not above the slide when starting a new presentation to create a presentation with Copilot. I have only New Slide with Copiolt and Copilot icon in the Home tab.

I have already taken the following troubleshooting steps:

I verified that my Microsoft 365 license is correctly linked to my Microsoft Office installation.

I updated Microsoft Office multiple times and confirmed that I am using the latest version.

I attempted to refresh and update the license.

Despite these steps, Create a new presentation with Copilot is not visible in PowerPoint. Could you please explain why Copilot is not available and clarify whether this feature is included in the Microsoft 365 Premium plan or if it requires a different subscription or additional activation?

I've signed into office under the licensed user. I am currently on the microsoft 365 family under this User. I still don't have the Icon located in the upper right corner in all the apps

Yes, I am signed into Office using the same account that holds the Copilot license.

However, I’m a bit confused about the statement that Copilot is not supported for Premium subscription. According to the Microsoft 365 plans page, there are three subscription tiers, and I am subscribed to the highest tier listed, Microsoft 365 Premium: https://www.microsoft.com/en/microsoft-365?market=af#Plans

Could you please clarify where it is mentioned that Copilot is not included with this subscription, or explain what additional requirement might be missing in my case?

Just to make sure, are you signed into Office with the same account that holds the Copilot license?

Microsoft 365 Family or Personal does not include Copilot in PowerPoint, Microsoft requires Copilot Pro for personal accounts or Copilot for Microsoft 365 assigned to a work or school account with a supported business plan, and you need the latest Office version and must sign in with the licensed account for Create with Copilot to appear.
