Hello, I participate in the Windows Insider Preview program, but I am currently unable to download the latest Windows Insider Preview Server Canary. The error code is as follows:

Refer to message code 715-123130 and 21a03b17-c0e2-466b-ac69-57e0165bd72d.

Also, because I have participated in the MSRC Windows security research project multiple times (https://msrc.microsoft.com/report/vulnerability) and submitted several successful reports, I need to be able to download the latest version of the Windows Insider Preview Server Canary ISO. I would greatly appreciate your support.

    Hello xm x,

The error codes you provided (715-123130 and 21a03b17-c0e2-466b-ac69-57e0165bd72d) typically indicate a temporary service-side issue or an account validation problem when attempting to download Insider builds.

As a first step, ensure that your Microsoft account is correctly enrolled in the Windows Insider Program and that you are signed in with the same account when accessing the Insider Preview download page. Clearing browser cache or trying a different browser can sometimes resolve download errors. If the issue persists, I recommend attempting the download via the Windows Insider Preview Downloads portal directly, as this is the official source for ISO images.

In some cases, Insider ISO downloads may be restricted by region or temporarily unavailable while new builds are being validated. If you continue to encounter the same error, you can open a support request through the Windows Insider Feedback Hub or the Insider Support page, referencing the error codes you shared. This will allow the Insider engineering team to investigate and provide a direct resolution.
