    Hi @usahsi

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you’ve provided, I understand that you’re encountering a 500 error with the message TenantAccessBlockedError.

Because this affects your entire tenant, contact your organization's IT admin or the team that manages Microsoft 365 to review and fix the issue. They'll have the necessary permissions to confirm what's blocking access and take appropriate action.

Please check to see if your organization's Microsoft 365 subscription is active and in good standing. If there are billing or subscription issues, these are usually fixed in the Microsoft 365 admin center. It may take some time for access to the service to be fully restored after you update your billing. You should also review the conditional access policies configured for your organization, as certain settings may restrict users' access to Outlook on the web.

If everything seems normal and the issue persists, the ideal next step is to generate a support request in the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can do this by signing in to the Microsoft 365 admin center in https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/homepage, accessing Help > Help, and describing the issue in detail. Remind them to turn off AI support assistance if prompted so that the case can be directed to Microsoft support.

You can also contact Microsoft support by phone using the options listed here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

I hope this information is helpful. Keep us informed about the outcome.
