    Hello Rita Stankeviciute,

Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how frustrating this is.

This usually happens when the account is still trying to send a sign‑in code to an old phone number or an authenticator app that’s no longer available. If you can’t receive any of the listed verification methods, you’ll need to recover the account using Microsoft’s sign‑in or verification recovery flow, as codes can’t be resent or reset manually without completing verification first: I can't sign in to my Microsoft account

If you cannot sign in, please fill in the recovery form > wait 24-72 hours and don't resubmit the form in the waiting period.

    Hope this helps.

If you are unable to sign into your Microsoft 365 account after changing phones, it is likely due to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings associated with your account. Since you mentioned that the code does not appear, here are some steps you can take to regain access:

    1. Alternative Sign-in Method: If you have set up alternative methods for signing in (like SMS or email), try using those options instead of the Authenticator app.
    2. Contact Your Administrator: If you are part of an organization, reach out to your IT administrator. They can reset your MFA settings through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. This will allow you to set up the Authenticator app again using a QR code.
    3. Involve Microsoft Support: If you are the only admin for your account and cannot access it, you will need to contact Microsoft support. They have processes in place to verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
    4. Reset MFA Settings: If you have access to another admin account, they can reset your MFA settings by going to the Azure portal and managing user settings.

These steps should help you resolve the issue and regain access to your Microsoft 365 account.
