I understand how frustrating it is to pay for Microsoft 365 and still see the purchase marked as rejected.
Since the payment was made through the Apple App Store using TrueMoney Wallet, only Apple can approve or reject the transaction because the order is processed entirely on their billing system. When the status shows Reject, the subscription is not delivered to the Microsoft account. Apple needs to confirm the payment or provide a refund, even if Microsoft 365 is the product. I recommend contacting Apple Support again and asking them to explain why the payment was rejected and to process a refund or complete the delivery of the order. Once Apple confirms the purchase, the subscription will appear automatically under the correct Apple ID.
