    Hello Hariharan S,

As mentioned over private messages, please login to Azure with the tenant specific endpoint and pass the tenant ID I provided.

    https://portal.azure.com/TenantID(Please check private messages)

And you will be able to access Azure portal.

    hi,

error AADSTS5000225 means the tenant has been automatically blocked by Microsoft due to inactivity. This is part of the Microsoft Entra tenant lifecycle policy. When there is no subscription activity or sign in activity for a long time, Microsoft can disable the directory. There is no way to unblock a tenant from the portal.

Only Microsoft Support can review and restore it, signing in at https://portal.azure.com with the same account and check whether the directory appears under switch directory. Сheck at https://entra.microsoft.com to see which tenants are associated with your account. If the tenant is blocked you need to open a support request and provide the error code AADSTS5000225 together with the correlation ID and timestamp shown in the message. For how to create ticket https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/azure-supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request/ and the authentication error reference including AADSTS5000225 is here https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/active-directory/develop/reference-aadsts-error-codes If Support confirms the tenant cannot be restored you can create a new one under the same Microsoft account.

    rgds,

    Alex
