bonjour je vous contact suite a l'achat d'une tour d'ordinateur d'occasion, il mette que mes paramètres sont bloquer car il y'a Windows professionnel et le soucis c'est que si je veux le debloquer et le changer et mettre Windows famille il me faut la clé pour debloquer mais vu que ces d'occasion je ne possède pas ces fameux 24 chiffres comment je dois faire pour debloquer ce fameux problème ? merci a vous
