Priva - Extend trial error

Hello,
We are currently trialling Priva for handling SAR requests at our company. I signed up for the trial yesterday, but I keep receiving the error message:
"Your Priva Subject Rights Requests trial has ended."
When I select "Extend trial," everything appears normal. The system indicates that activation may take up to 30 minutes. However, it has now been two days.
I have already tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and signing in with another admin account. This seems to be a backend issue. Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
