Azure / Entra ID tenant blocked — cannot reach support
Hello, My Azure / Microsoft Entra ID tenant has been blocked due to inactivity (AADSTS5000225).
I received an email stating that I need to make a purchase before March 6, 2026 to continue using my billing account.
I have tried all support links, including https://aka.ms/azurecase, and none of them allow me to submit a ticket or reach a human agent.
I also tried calling Microsoft Support, but the phone system redirects me back to online support, so I cannot contact a live agent.
Please advise how I can manually unblock my tenant, because I cannot access the portal or create a support ticket myself.
