    Hi @René

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on what you described, I understand that your outgoing email has been blocked due to a suspected spam issue, which you believe is incorrect. Your hosting provider cannot assist because they do not have access to your admin account, and you also do not have those admin credentials.

To help you better, could you please share the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) error message you are receiving?

In the meantime, you may also review Microsoft’s official documentation regarding blocked outgoing mail and error codes to identify the specific cause.

Additionally, based on similar reported cases, some users have experienced outgoing messages being blocked with an error such as:

    550 5.7.520 – Message blocked

This sometimes happens when emails contain attachments that trigger filtering mechanisms.

As a temporary workaround, instead of attaching the file directly, you can share it via OneDrive:

Create or reply to an email > Select Attach > If the file is already stored in OneDrive, choose it from there > If not, select Upload and share, upload the file, and then insert it as a shared link > Alternatively, you can copy the sharing link directly from OneDrive and paste it into your message.

This method avoids sending the file as a direct attachment and may bypass attachment-based filtering.

Please share the exact error message so I can guide you more precisely.

If your outgoing email has been blocked due to spam suspicion, you can take the following steps to request unblocking:

    1. Use the Delist Portal: Microsoft provides a self-service portal for external senders to request removal from the blocked senders list. You can access this portal at sender.office.com. Follow the instructions provided there to submit your request.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue through the delist portal, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly. Since you do not have admin access, you might need to ask someone who has admin privileges to assist you in opening a support ticket.
    3. Check Non-Delivery Reports (NDR): If you receive any non-delivery reports when sending emails, they often contain information about why your email was blocked. This can provide insights into the specific issue.
    4. Follow Best Practices: Ensure that your email practices comply with Microsoft’s guidelines to avoid future blocks. This includes avoiding spammy content and ensuring proper email authentication settings.
    5. Wait for Response: After submitting your request through the delist portal or contacting support, be patient as it may take some time for Microsoft to respond and resolve the issue.

If you follow these steps, you should be able to address the blockage of your outgoing email effectively.
