    Hello @Jyoti Sharma,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your situation. I understand how inconvenient it can be when the Office application fails to load properly, especially when you need to use it for daily tasks or important work. I will do my best to help you identify the cause and work toward a solution.

To assist you more thoroughly, could you please provide the following information:

    • Are you using a company-managed device or a personal device? If possible, please also share the model of the computer so we can better understand the device specifications.
    • Are there many applications running while you are opening the Office application? This includes browsers such as Edge, Chrome, or any other resource-intensive programs.
    • Are there any third‑party applications such as VPN clients, firewalls, or antivirus software running in the background? If any are active, please try temporarily disabling them and attempt to launch the Office app again. In some cases, third‑party applications can conflict with Office and lead to loading issues.
    • Could you please open the Windows Task Manager and take a screenshot of the Performance tab? This will help us check system resources such as CPU, memory, disk usage, and overall performance.

Providing these details will enable us to narrow down potential causes, whether the issue is related to system resources, software conflicts, device limitations, or something else. With this information, we will be able to provide more accurate steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

If you have noticed any error messages, unusual behavior, or recent changes to your system (such as updates or new software installations), please feel free to include those details as well.

We look forward to hearing from you and will be ready to continue supporting you

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your Microsoft 365 apps not opening properly. Since all Office apps are affected and you're prompted to repair them, the best next step is to perform an Online Repair. Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Close all Office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
    2. Open Settings on your Windows computer. You can find it by right-clicking the Windows icon on your taskbar.
    3. Go to Apps and then select Installed apps.
    4. Find Microsoft 365 (or Office) in the list.
    5. Click the three dots next to it and select Modify.
    6. Choose Online Repair and confirm your choice. The repair process may take 15-30 minutes, so be patient.
    7. Once the repair is complete, restart your computer and try opening the apps again.

If the issue persists after the repair, you may need to consider uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft 365.
