I want to change my display name

I want to change my display name so when people recieve my email it says Alica Pratsch | UNPAINTED instead of my email address.

On the personal version of Outlook.com, you need to change the name on your Microsoft account.
To do so, go to https://account.microsoft.com/profile and choose "Edit name".
Enter your new display name, and save the change.
It can take up to 24 hours for the change to be visible everywhere.
