If you have changed your password and created a new alias but are still unable to receive emails, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Email Rules: Sign in to your email account and check for any rules that may be redirecting your emails to another folder or deleting them. Go to Settings → Mail → Rules to review and delete any suspicious rules.
    2. Check Forwarding Settings: Ensure that there are no unknown forwarding addresses set up. Go to Settings → Mail → Forwarding and remove any forwarding addresses you do not recognize.
    3. Sign Out Everywhere: Use the Microsoft Account Security feature to sign out of all active sessions. This can help if the hacker is still accessing your account.
    4. Review App Permissions: Go to Manage App Permissions and revoke access to any apps that you do not recognize, as hackers often use these to maintain access.
    5. Monitor for Suspicious Activity: Keep an eye on your account for any unusual activity and check your sign-in logs for any unauthorized access.

If the problem persists, you may want to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance, as they can provide more specific guidance based on your account situation.
