Need email or chat for a live agent

I have tried the solutions provided on this MS Q&A site and they didn't work. At this point, I need some type of "live" agent (email or chat) to address my issue. I've PAID for my MS 365 Family Subscription and continue to get the intrusive Pop-Up every time I'm in MS Office (which is working great).

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then correctly recognised and did the popups stop?
