I am an active user of the Word transcription service, during which I upload audio and get a transcription. I noticed that you have a limit of 300 minutes per month. I see you also have the co-pilot licensed option, where I can get 30,000 minutes/month.

Can you please confirm if this will apply to my account specifically, if I upgrade Co-Pilot?

Yes, if you upgrade to a Copilot license, you will be eligible for the increased transcription limit of 30,000 minutes per month. However, it's important to note that this increase is still being rolled out, and not all accounts may have the limit updated immediately. If your account hasn't been enabled for the increased limit yet, Microsoft recommends checking back later. If you experience issues, you can reach out to Microsoft Engineering Support for assistance with your account specifically.
