Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

    Expand the Cameras section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

    2

    Open the Settings App.

Go to Windows Updates - Update History, what is the KB number of the update that was installed before this problem occurred.

If your camera stopped working after a Windows 11 update, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:

    1. Check for Privacy Settings: Ensure that there is no privacy slider covering the camera lens. Some laptops have a physical switch or slider that disables the camera.
    2. Function Keys: Look for function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard that might have a camera icon. Press that key or use Fn + that key to unlock the webcam.
    3. Reinstall Camera Drivers: Since you mentioned that you downloaded the drivers, try reinstalling them again. Go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturer's website and download the latest version of the webcam drivers.
    4. Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows is fully updated. Sometimes, additional patches are released to fix issues caused by previous updates. Check for updates in Windows Settings under "Update & Security."
    5. Check Camera Settings: Go to the camera settings page in Windows, select your camera, and ensure it is enabled. You can also try troubleshooting from there.
    6. Rollback Updates: If the camera issue started after a specific update, consider rolling back that update to see if it resolves the problem.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to consult with your device manufacturer for further assistance.
